Main structure of Qianhai Exchange Plaza complete

Recently, the main structure of T1 skyscraper of the Qianhai Exchange Plaza has been completed. Thus far, the main structure of five buildings at the plaza has been completed.

The structure of T1 is complex, with a height of 220 meters and a total of 47 floors, which is the highest building under construction by Qianhai Construction and Investment Group. The tower is composed of two parts – the main building and the auxiliary building.

The construction of T1 explores the application of new technologies.

While advancing its construction, the project team pays attention to the building’s safety and quality. It has been awarded the titles of “China Construction Group Model Site,” “Shenzhen Safety Production Demonstration Site” and “Double Excellent Site” at provincial and municipal levels.

Qianhai Exchange Square will become a complex where super Grade-A office buildings, high-end business apartments and commercial streets cluster together. It will become an important platform for the development of financial and trading industries in Qianhai, which is of great significance for Qianhai to build an international and market-oriented business environment.
