The public now can enjoy more convenient notarization services as the Qianhai Notary Office and the China Post Shenzhen Branch jointly launched the notarization certificate mailing service Aug. 18.

The service allows individuals and enterprises to complete application procedures online through a platform developed by the Qianhai Notary Office and then collect the notarization certificates through the mail service provided by the China Post.

Customers can also customize their mail service in accordance with their needs. They can designate or extend the delivery time, and choose to have their notarization certificates delivered by a notary agency.

The real-time delivery of the certificates and the delivery result can be seen through a mobile application developed by the notary office and all data can be traced and checked to ensure the safety of the whole process.

Zhang Dexin, deputy manager of the China Post Shenzhen Branch said that the company will continue to launch more practical and convenient services for the public to meet the increasing diversified needs of the public.

Ren Jiguang, vice director of the Shenzhen Justice Bureau said that both notarization and postal services shoulder important social welfare service responsibilities and are directly connected with people’s welfare.

“The Qianhai Notary Office should insist on innovating in accordance with the law, standardize notarization procedures, and ensure the quality of notarization to better meet the needs of people and enterprises, and better serve the economic construction and social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,” he said.
