More services available at Qianhai one-stop service center

Some 110 new kinds of services including utilities and social security are now available to enterprises and individuals at the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai, as the authority seeks to further optimize the business environment in the free trade area.

A self-service machine has been put in place at the service hall, on which 14 kinds of services regarding corporate gas supply, such as inquiry and applications, can be handled. Thirty-seven kinds of water-related services are also available at the self-service machine.

A service window has also been designated to process corporate and individual gas service applications every Tuesday at the one-stop service center, while every Friday services will be offered on corporate electricity supply at the service window.

A total of 54 social security-related services are available both at a service window and on the self-service device.

The scope of services available at the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai has been expanded over the past two years.
