Qianhai will strengthen its cooperation with ICAC and with the Vocational Training Council (VCT) in Hong Kong. Anti-corruption cadres from the two cities will conduct regular exchanges and undergo training.

Qianhai also plans to invite delegates of Hong Kong-funded enterprises and deputies to the National People's Congress and the national committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to serve as inspectors of Qianhai’s anti-corruption work.

In addition, learning from ICAC’s practice of carrying out anti-corruption campaigns in local communities, Qianhai will open the first Qianhai Integrity Workstation to popularize anti-corruption culture to the public and private enterprises.
