Exclusive service window for fee refund at Qianhai court

The Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court recently opened an exclusive service window at the litigation service hall to handle the refund of litigation fees and the transfer of execution funds to further improve its litigation services.

A list of all the materials required for applying for refunding the litigation fees is available on the official website of the Qianhai court. Litigants can also check the list on the court’s official WeChat account, or calling the court’s hotline before submitting an application when their cases are concluded.

If the materials submitted by the litigants do not meet the requirements, the staff at the refund window will contact the litigants to supplement or correct the submitted materials once for all. Litigants can easily follow up on the refund progress by calling the hotline of the refund window.

In addition, litigants can also apply for fee refunds for cases that have been concluded through the Guangdong court litigation service website https://ssfw.gdcourts.gov.cn/. After submitting the electronic copies of the materials required, the refund window will complete online review on the materials in three working days.
