Notice on opening new hotline 960090

Dear citizens:

In order to speed up the construction of service-oriented government and improve the efficiency of administrative services, the authority of Qianhai Cooperation Zone has decided to use the number 960090 as new consulting hotline. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Active time

Starting from March 10, the hotline 0755-960090 will serve as a consulting hotline to receive and answer public questions, demands, opinions and suggestions.

II. Scope of services

• Qianhai policy and regulation consulting service;

• Guidance for enterprises entering Qianhai and solutions for problems;

• To collect opinions, suggestions and business complaints from the public and enterprises on the development, construction and business environment of Qianhai;

• To undertake the online consultation on the official website of Qianhai and E-station;

• Other complaints relating to Qianhai (excluding corruption-related matters).

III. Notice

The former Qianhai hotline 36868666 will be used in parallel with the new number until 24 November 2020. The hotline 88988988 will cease to be in service as of 29 February 2020.
