Three bus routes that links Qianhai to Qianhaiwan Metro Station, Longhaijiayuan residence to Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint and Longhaijiayuan residence to Shekou Wharf were opened Spet. 1. All the public transportation vehicles are environment-friendly and energy saving electrical vehicles.
In December 2014, Shenzhen Qianhai Green Transport Limited Company that is responsible for public transportation in Qianhai was established. So far, a total of eight commute routes were opened and 39 electrical vehicles are in operation. The company also provides reservation services, car rental services and electric charging services.
A smart transportation app and WeChat platform also launched. Users can check bus schedule, make reservations, pay parking bills and rent cars through those apps.
