Qianhai Reassurance Limited Co. to open next year

Qianhai Reassurance Limited Company is expected to open in 2017 after it passes the checks by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, said Li Qiang, chairman of the company.

The company was co-founded by seven companies with 3-billion-yuan registration capital.

Li said he was confident about the Chinese reassurance market because over the years China has seen a rapid development in the insurance market.

He said the company will work with Hong Kong companies to focus on the Chinese and southeast Asian market.
