775 apartments available for HK tenants

According to Qianhai Authority, a total of 775 apartments will be distributed to Hong Kongers who work for Qianhai-registered Hong Kong companies and want to rent houses in Shenzhen.

The apartments are in Longhaijiayuan in Nanshan District and their floor spaces range from 35 to 50 square meters. The lowest rent is around 1,100 yuan, much cheaper than other apartments of the same floor space.

The apartments are built above the metro line, which will link the city’s metro with Hong Kong, taking just 15 minutes for residents to commute between the two cities.

The Qianhai Authority will rank the enterprises and then decide how many apartments to give to each company.

The application deadline is Oct. 10 and the applicants should be those who have paid at least six-months of social security, graduated from college, as well,their spouse, children or co-applicants and themself mustn’t own apartments or have received related subsidies in Shenzhen, and their spouse, children or co-applicants or themself can't be renting similar apartments in Shenzhen.
