Qianhai allows Hong Kong talents to provide professional services directly according to the Shenzhen Special Economy Zone National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Regulation (Draft) that was proposed Oct. 25.
This Regulation(draft) allows those professionals with Hong Kong-certified licenses to directly working for organizations or individuals in Qianhai.
At the same time, the regulation encourages Shenzhen industrial associations and agencies setting an international evaluation system that is used universally, which can also meet the government’s evaluation standard.
The regulation also encourages the research and cooperation between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, promoting the cross-border flows of brainpower, equipment and fund.
