Forum discusses business secrets protection for high-tech enterprises

A forum that focuses on high-tech companies’ business secrets protection was held by Shenzhen Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community and Yingke Law Firm on March 11 in Qianhai.

According to the organizers, the high-tech enterprises in Qianhai could face high-risk of secret leaking as more related companies relocating and competing in this area.

To raise the alert of information leaking and educate business professional about secret protection, the forum discussed about laws on business secret protection, risk analysis, building secure system and drafting confidentiality agreements, etc.

During the eight-hour forum, participants agreed to build a platform that can help solving related issues and connects enterprises, legal workers and technological talents.
