Qianhai proposes to offer permanent residency to expat workers

At the 15th Conference on International Exchange for Professionals the officials from the human resources department revealed that they are applying for implementing the pilot polices of permanent residency, extending the duration of stay for foreign nationals, giving talent visas and transit visas, and hiring foreign housekeeping workers.
