A work resumption meeting on the Qianhai Longwan International Talent Apartment Project was held on Jan. 31, which was attended by 26 personnel from relevant construction and supervision units.

The project, invested in by the Shenzhen Qianhai Talent Leju Co. Ltd. and constructed by the China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, now has resumed 100% of its construction capacity and is concentrating on the construction of every aspect of its two main buildings.

Project manager Ju Baoguo gave a lecture on the safety of work resumption to all management personnel. He said it is necessary to actively create and make good use of favorable construction conditions and carry out planning and deployment in advance, to get a good start in the first quarter of this year. Ju also proposed four requirements for the next stage’s work: achieving the annual goals, focusing on key indicators, ensuring sufficient supply of production resources, and strengthening responsibilities and safety production management.

Meng Fanxing, a staff member of the construction unit stressed the importance of safety management. He urged all builders and managerial staff to follow the instructions made by the city’s housing and construction bureau, take their respective responsibility for safety, strictly abide by safety production discipline, ensure the safety of mechanical equipment, and clarify emergency response measures.

The Qianhai Longwan International Talent Apartment Project is located in the central area of Qianhai’s Guiwan financial center. The project covers a total construction area of about 150,000 square meters, and has 53 floors reaching 180 meters high. It is an innovative residential project specifically launched for the rental market in Shenzhen and will be the first high-end talent apartment in Qianhai.
