Announcement on the List of Proposed Distribution of the Second Batch of Special Funds for Foreign Investment Incentives in 2022

According to the "Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Industrial Development Fund Management Measures" (Shen Qianhai Gui [2020] No. According to the relevant regulations of Qianhai Regulations [2020] No. 6), in accordance with the "Interim Measures for Investment Incentives of Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone in 2022 - Guidelines for Declaration of Foreign Investment Incentives", our bureau has completed the second batch of incentives for investment promotion in 2022 Acceptance and review of foreign investment incentive special fund application projects.

After review, a total of 17 enterprises have passed the approval of their applications for foreign investment incentives, and 5 have failed. The list is hereby announced. The publicity period is from August 22 to August 26, 2022.

During the publicity period, if any unit or individual has any objection to the publicized list, it may report to our bureau by letter or phone call. Reporting situations and problems must be realistic, objective and fair, and provide real name, contact number and other information to show responsibility. The Bureau will keep the identity of the opponent and the situation of the report confidential. In order to ensure objectivity, impartiality, and fairness in handling objections, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of publicized entities, anonymous objections will not be accepted.
