In July 2022, Qianhai Authority issued the "Notice of Shenzhen Qianhai Authority on Allocating and Renting Housing for Hong Kong Talents", and now publicizes the list, quotas and rankings of qualified enterprises for rent allocation review according to relevant requirements:

1. The final list of qualified candidates and the ranking of housing selection

After review, a total of 39 enterprises and 49 Hong Kong talents met the conditions for rent allocation. See the attachment for the list of qualified enterprises and the number of housing units.

2. Publicity time and method

From October 18 to October 24, 2022, it will be publicized on the following website for 5 working days: Shenzhen Qianhai Administration website (https://qh.sz.gov.cn/).

3. Time and method of house selection and signing

(1) Notary lottery

According to the list of publicized enterprises, under the notarization of the Qianhai Notary Office, the Qianhai Administration Bureau organizes a public lottery to determine the order of enterprise housing selection and publicize it on the WeChat official account of Qianhai Talent Housing for one day. The lottery process is supervised by the Disciplinary Committee of the bureau. Interested Hong Kong talents can witness it on the spot, and the whole process of lottery is video-recorded and archived.

Lottery time: 10:00 am on October 25, 2022.

Lottery location: Conference room on the first floor of Building 2 of DreamWorks (Entrepreneurship College)

(2) Public housing selection

After checking the relevant information of the company on site, the company's house selection personnel will participate in the house selection. The house selection will be based on the housing situation and the company's willingness for the housing project, and the specific housing source will be determined by lottery on the spot.

Housing selection time: October 27, 2022.

Room selection location: Conference room on the first floor of Building 2 (Entrepreneurship College) in Menggongchang, Qianhai Cooperation Zone (to be determined, and will be implemented in accordance with the latest epidemic prevention requirements).

House selection method: The house selection staff will draw lots to determine the allocation of houses according to the house selection sequence number. If you are not satisfied with the randomly selected room number, you can give up this room selection, and those who give up the room selection are not allowed to re-select a room. After the house selection personnel select the house, they are not allowed to change it, and sign the "House Selection Result Confirmation Letter" on the spot. The whole process of lottery selection is open to the public, supervised by the Commission for Disciplinary Inspection of the Bureau, and recorded and archived throughout the process.

4. Complaints, reporting and supervision

All walks of life are welcome to make complaints and reports to the Qianhai Administration Bureau, the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department, and the Qianhai Integrity Supervision Bureau through calls, letters, or visits:

(1) During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the result of the rent allocation, it may appeal in writing to the Qianhai Administration, contact number: 88105222, address: No. 123, Guiwan 5th Road, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration, Shenzhen Building T1, Qianhai Building.

(2) For the municipal discipline inspection and supervision department, the telephone number for complaints and reports shall be based on the information disclosed by them.

Complaints and reports in the name of individuals should sign or report their real names, and the accepting unit will keep the whistleblower strictly confidential; complaints and reports in the name of the unit should be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

V. Important Reminders

(1) The allocation of rent will use the method of centralized lottery to determine the specific house source. The applicant can sign in on time and enter the venue by himself, or provide a power of attorney, and the manager of the unit will select the house uniformly. If you fail to arrive at the scene to draw lots on the same day, the enterprise or the applicant will be disqualified for this batch of lease allocation.

(2) If the lessee needs to give up part of the house after the house selection lottery, it should select the house source item from the total house source drawn for random selection of the house source card, and sign the "Abandonment of House Selection Confirmation Form" on the spot , please complete the above procedures within three working days. After the lessee unit obtains the housing, it shall promptly allocate the qualified talents of the unit, and report the final list of occupants and related materials to our bureau for record.

(3) The applicant unit is responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and legality of the declared information. Before the signing of the lease contract, if the housing, marriage, family planning and household registration have changed, they should still report truthfully. Those who fail to declare truthfully or provide false information, no matter during or after the publicity period, will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations on housing for talents of the Shenzhen and Qianhai Administration Bureaus once discovered.

(4) During the housing selection process, if the housing allocation units are ranked in place and the housing selection is not selected, or the housing is selected but the deposit is not paid and the lease contract is signed within the specified time, it will be treated as abandoning the housing selection. Those who give up housing selection twice without reason will no longer be able to apply for Qianhai talent housing within three years.
