In accordance with the requirements of the "Shenzhen Measures for the Identification of Multinational Corporation Headquarters Enterprises" (Shenfu Bangui [2021] No. 2) and the "Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce on Launching the Fourth Batch of Shenzhen Multinational Corporation Headquarters Enterprise Certification and Declaration Work", our bureau plans to Carry out the application acceptance and preliminary review of the fourth batch of Shenzhen multinational company headquarters enterprise certification applications. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application period: October 8-October 31, 2022 (the fourth batch).

2. Application conditions and detailed guidelines: "Guidelines for the Application of the Qianhai Administration Bureau on the Initial Examination and Identification of Headquarters of Multinational Corporations in Shenzhen" (see the attachment for details).
