Housing provident fund services available in Qianhai

A total of 22 types of housing provident fund services, for both enterprises and individuals, are now available at the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai.

At the center, in addition to other procedures, enterprises can apply to change the company’s housing provident fund information and registration information, open or suspend personal accounts, register special personnel to handle the services and change personnel information, adjust the cardinal numbers of housing provident fund payments, and repay the previous months’ fund.

Individuals can go the one-stop service center to change their approved housing provident fund information and registration information, open or merge their housing provident fund accounts, and apply for official statements for housing provident fund payments.

The service hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Online reservations for the services can be made on the WeChat mini program of the center.
