Qianhai holds lecture on financing risk control for startups

A lecture on the prevention and control of financing risks was held June 3 in Qianhai for startups that might face legal risks when financing.

The lecture was delivered by lawyers from the DHH KAN & LL (Qianhai) Law Firm who outlined the risks of the clauses in the investment agreements and introduced problems that startups may encounter during their development.

The lecture was jointly organized by the Qianhai authority and the Justice Bureau of Nanshan District to offer startups and Hong Kong entrepreneurs in Qianhai help and support.

So far, the Qianhai authority has organized 10 nonprofit legal lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship for the enterprises, including the Feb. 26 lecture on cross-border transaction security management and the March 16 training on legal services for talent introduction, innovation and entrepreneurship.
