Time shortened for QH court remittance of execution funds

It has been shortened to three weeks to have execution funds remitted at the Qianhai court, after the court took a number of measures to improve its work efficiency.

Official statistics from the court showed that more than 210 execution funds have been remitted, totaling 88.16 million yuan (US$13.43 million), between March 1 and 26, which was 25 percent faster than before.

According to the court, its execution bureau has conducted a review on cases with unremitted execution fees, and immediately carried out the remittance procedures for those cases that met the remittance conditions.

Cases that haven’t met the conditions will be included in a management ledger. The ledger is managed by appointed personnel, who will regularly update conditions of the cases. Once a case meets the remittance conditions, the execution fund will be remitted and the remittance progress will be monitored by the personnel.

In addition, the execution bureau and the comprehensive office of the court joined hands with the banks of the execution funds accounts to streamline the procedures and optimize the management methods of the remittance of the execution funds.

The staff of the execution bureau underwent training on the rules and the process of execution funds management to improve work efficiency.

The court will also revise and optimize the execution funds management system regularly to ensure its long-term efficiency.
