24 more market services available at QH e-service center

Qianhai-based enterprises and individuals can now make inquiries regarding government market policies at the No. 30 service window at the Electronic One-stop Service of Qianhai, as policy consultation services with the city’s market supervision authority has become available since Nov. 1.

Policy consultation is among 24 more kinds of services that are now available at the service window following joint efforts by the city’s market regulation administration, the Nanshan District Administration for Market Regulation and the Qianhai market authority. The move is another effort by Qianhai to create a world-class business environment and to provide market-oriented, efficient services for local enterprises.

The other services include addressing complaints, applying for dispute mediation and the supervision of food and drug safety, and special equipment.

The service hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Online reservations for the services can be made on the WeChat mini program of the market supervision authority.
