New service center of Qianhai Notary Office opens

A new service center of the Qianhai Notary Office was opened Tuesday, offering eight categories of services.

Notarization of family affairs such as wills, right of succession and property settlement between couples is one of the eight kinds of services that can be handled at the new service center. Other services include notarization of real estate related matters, including home purchase contracts and mortgages, of distant entrustment through video conferencing, intellectual property, business licenses, property ownership certificates, kinship documents, birth certificates and other ancillary judicial matters, as well as corporate legal services.

According to a staff member of the Qianhai Notary Office, the setup of the new center is another step forward in the construction of the legal environment and the optimization of the business environment in Qianhai.

The center is located on the 28th floor of Tower A of the China Resources Qianhai Tower in Guiwan. The office hours are from 9 to 12:30 and from 14 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
