Qianhai Party and Public Service Center inaugurated

The Qianhai Party and Public Service Center was inaugurated in the Guiwan area yesterday morning.

The inauguration ceremony was part of a series of activities held to mark the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

Zheng Ke, deputy Party chief of Shenzhen, Tian Fu, member of the standing committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC and director of the CPC work committee of Qianhai, and other senior Party officials attended the inauguration ceremony, which was hosted by Wang Jinxia, vice director of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority.

Covering an area of 2,300 square meters in the Guiwan financial area, the service center will serve as an important platform for Party education and training, and displaying work achievements, among other services.

The center, displayed with achievements of Qianhai’s Party construction, is open to both Party members and the general public for visits and exchanges, free of charge.

The inauguration will also strengthen the communications and exchanges on innovative Party construction experience among China’s free trade zones and areas.

The Party and Public Service Center of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub, set up in 2018, is the first grassroots Party and public service center in Qianhai. Currently, there are three such grassroots service center in the free trade area.

A list of 27 typical cases on Party construction was unveiled at the ceremony. They were chosen by a judging panel of seven senior Central Government and Party officials from 44 entries submitted by the authorities of 29 free trade zones and areas around the country. Two Qianhai entries made it to the list of the 27 typical cases.
