- Qianhai signs MOU with Nanping

Delegates of the Authority of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qianhai & Shekou Area and the municipal government of Nanping, Fujian Province, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Center yesterday afternoon.
The signing of the MOU marked a new stage of cooperation between the two sides. In the future, Qianhai and Nanping will jointly pursue the high-quality development of the two areas by enhancing cooperation in green industries, exchanges on high-tech project and reform, and innovation experience.
Yuan Yi, secretary of the Nanping Municipal Committee of the CPC said at the ceremony that Nanping is a time-honored city with a good ecological environment. Through cooperation, Nanping will learn from Qianhai’s successful experience in various fields such as urban construction and institutional innovation.
Qianhai and Nanping will also make full use of their respective advantages to achieve a win-win result by promoting exchange on reform and innovation experience, strengthening regional coordinated development and deepening industrial cooperation.
Tian Fu, director of the Authority of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qianhai & Shekou Area, Wang Jinxia, vice director of Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority, Wu Bin, vice mayor of Nanping Municipal Government, and officials of the Qianhai authority and Nanping municipal government attended the signing ceremony.
