Initiatives for citizens to apply for government services online

Source :Qianhai Media Center

Dear citizens:

In order to implement the central, provincial and municipal governments’ instructions on strengthening the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak prevention and control measures, we hereby launch the following initiatives:

1.        Apply for services online

Currently, all government services are available online. Citizens can log on to http://www.gdzwfw.gov.cn to find all application materials required for the various services and apply in accordance with the corresponding guidelines.

The center is also providing free license delivery services. Citizens can call the service center hotline at 0755-36868666 during office hours (8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) for inquiry.

2.        Do not linger at the service hall

For citizens insisting on using on-site services, an appointment is required. Citizens should exit the service hall as soon as possible after the service to lower the risk of virus exposure. During the virus prevention and control period, the service hall will tighten human traffic control measures to prevent cross-infection.

3.        Wear a mask

When entering the service hall, citizens must wear a face mask and accept a body temperature screening and disinfection. When leaving the service hall, used tissues and masks should be discarded at an outdoor trash can.

Citizens with symptoms such as fever and coughing are not permitted to go into the service hall.

To ensure sanitation, the service hall as well as its various self-service equipments, facilities and toilets will be disinfected and ventilated no less than three times a day.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
