Three accesses to online services

During the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak prevention and control period, the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai recommends the following three methods for applying for government services in order to safeguard public health.

Currently, a total of 169 government services – 120 services relating to the Authority of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qianhai and Shekou Area and Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority, 46 services regarding commercial registration and three services regarding talent services – can be applied for online.

I.Online application procedures

The application steps are as follows:  

Go to http://www.gdzwfw.gov.cn/?region=440313 to register or log in to your personal account; 

② Select a specific item, or use the search bar to enter a keyword; 
 

Click the name of the item to view the guidelines, or click “Online Application” to go to the application page; 

④ To apply for talent services such as special funds for talent development and guidance, personal income tax subsidies for high-end overseas talents and urgently needed talents, personal contribution support for headquarter enterprises, and support for newly introduced talents, go to the application page by clicking “exclusive enterprise service” (the fourth button) on function bar of the homepage.

II.“iShenzhen” App

A total of 60 services relating to commercial registration and the Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority can be applied for through this app. The steps are as follows:

① Download the “i深圳” app;

② Register an account with your personal mobile phone number and ID card number. For legal person matters, the related legal person information is also required.

③ Click the “Services” button (the second item at the bottom), then “Departmental Services” (upper left corner), and then select “Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority” (bottom), and click the keyword in blue to see more service guidelines.

        

④ For commercial registration services, please refer to the steps above and select “Municipal Market Supervision Administration” (the third option) on the “Departmental Services” page.

III.Mailing

Mailing of application materials

An applicant should submit electronic materials and fill in his/her receiving address and phone number on the website or “iShenzhen” app as required. A text message will be sent to the applicant if the materials pass the review. After receiving the message, the applicant should mail all the materials with a company seal to the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai.

Mailing of service acceptance results

If the applicant chooses express delivery when applying online, the service acceptance results will be mailed to the applicant through EMS and the cost will be borne by the Electronic One-stop Service Center of Qianhai. 

Notice:

1.During the period of 2019-nCoV outbreak prevention and control, only citizens with an appointment will be accepted at theservice hall. Please arrive at the service hall on time.

2.The office hours of the service hall are 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

3.Citizens can call the service center hotline at 0755-36868666 during office hours for inquiries.
