SZ’s first will notarization center inaugurated in Qianhai

Qianhai Notary Office has become the first notary office in Shenzhen to offer will notarization services with the inauguration of Qianhai Will Notary Center on April 29.

The will notary center has been set up to address the increasing demand for will notarization services among the public in Shenzhen. Experienced notary publics in the Qianhai Notary Office have been selected to form a special team to notarize wills.

The move follows the setup of the domestic affairs notarization service center, also at the Qianhai Notary Office. These are important steps to the ongoing construction of a rule of law environment.

Both notarization centers are located in the No. 25 building of Qianhai Enterprise Dream Park, and offer notarization services for will, marriage, inheritance and other domestic affairs, as well as other related services such as the storage of will notarization certificates.

The service window at the will notarization center has been equipped with audio and video equipment, a high-fidelity microphone and a high-definition camera to ensure the whole notarization process is properly kept on record. Immediately upon completion of the notarization process, a compact disc of the process will be available.
