A service window offering 182 kinds of services related to human resources and social security issues to enterprises and individuals in Qianhai was launched at the Electronic One-stop Service Center on March 13.
The service window is a work station operated by the service hall of the city’s human resources and social security bureau in Futian District. The setup of the work station will save Qianhai enterprises and individuals time as they no longer need to travel to Futian for the services. The work station will also collect opinions and suggestions from enterprises and talents in Qianhai to solve problems in a timely manner.
Staff with the work station was invited to online event “Qianhai 3333 Talent Salon” on March 18 to introduce the services available at the service window. The roughly 3,000 participants were briefed on the latest policies adopted by the social security bureau to address financial difficulties caused by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus and how to proceed to have corporate social security premiums reduced and exempted and apply for skills training subsidies for individuals. The event was organized by the Qianhai Cooperation Zone Authority.
