Practicing lawyers and ordinary citizens have learned about the intelligent litigation services provided by the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court and the achievements of intelligent court construction, thanks to an activity held by the court Nov. 23.

Ye Qing, Party member and vice president of the Qianhai court, said in the welcome speech that the court has been actively building a one-stop litigation service center to promote cross-district litigation service handling and mutual assistance and information sharing among the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

“The Qianhai court is also striving to comprehensively promote the international diversified dispute resolution mechanism and integrate the resources of the Greater Bay Area to provide more diversified, digital and professional dispute resolution services to the public, assisting Qianhai to develop into an international commercial dispute resolution center,” said Ye.

At the event, Judge Zheng Song, head of the Litigation Service Center of Qianhai court, gave a comprehensive introduction to the main functions and unique services of the litigation service center and diversified dispute resolution center for the guests.

A launching ceremony of the China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center Litigation Service Station was also held at the event. A self-service terminal was put in the hall of the intellectual property protection center by the court, through which litigants can complete the remote case filing process.

Under the guidance of the staff of the litigation service center, the guests experienced self-service case filing, online case filing and diversified dispute resolution services.

In order to help lawyers better understand and use the intelligent litigation services, staff from the case-filing tribunal of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court and Litigation Service Center of the Qianhai Court presided over a special training on the usage of online case filing, self-service case filing, cross-district filing services and the court’s public WeChat account.

Heads of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Justice Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen, as well as lawyer representatives, attended the event.
