Qianhai court to set up lawyers’ service station

Qianhai court signed a MOU with the Shenzhen Lawyers Association on Aug. 10 to ensure that local lawyers have the right to copy and take photos of related transcripts and to offer free consultation and services to people in need.

According to the MOU, the court will not conduct personal searches of lawyers and will not demand lawyers store their briefcases, cell phones or drinks.” The court will provide more conveniences to lawyers,to help establish work norms.
