The Shenzhen Qianhai Authority is recruiting global elites who share the same goal and vision and are passionate about work and confident of the future of the pilot district in southern China.

Qianhai is a modern demonstration of the innovative cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong to create a modern service industry zone. The State Council approved the overall development plan for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong modern service industry cooperation zone in Qianhai on August 26, 2010. It aims to develop finance, modern logistics, information services and science and technology services industries.

In April 2015, the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qianhai & Shekou Area of Shenzhen was established and the Qianhai Authority was entitled with the management right.

The Qianhai and Shekou area will utilize their prime locations in carrying out the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road strategy to further integrate the resources of Shenzhen and Hong Kong and gather other high-end resources from abroad. High priority will placed on the development of financial services, modern logistics, information service, technology service, professional services, port service, shipping service and other strategic emerging services. In addition, commitment will also be made to develop Qianhai and Shekou districts into the center of Asia-Pacific region in terms of manufacture-related service industry as well as an important world trade base and international hub.

The Qianhai Authority in charges of the development and operation of Qianhai and the free trade area, it is also responsible for attracting investment and carrying out institutional innovations.

1. Application requirements

本次招聘面向全球公开招募，无国籍、身份限制，欢迎国际人才特别是港澳台人才踊跃报名。

　　（一）遵纪守法，诚信廉洁，勤勉敬业，积极进取，职业素养好，认同前海管理局文化；

　　（二）全日制大学本科及以上学历（留学归国人员需取得教育部留学服务中心出具的国外学历学位认证书）,有一定年限的相关岗位工作经验；

　　（三）有良好的口头表达、沟通协调、综合分析及改革创新能力，服务意识强，具有全球化、国际化视野；

　　（四）有良好的履职记录，工作业绩突出；

　　（五）年龄原则上不超过35岁（岗位有特别要求的除外）；

　　（六）具有正常履行职责的身体条件；

　　（七）工作岗位有专业任职资格要求的，应具备国家相关行业管理部门要求的任职资格；

　　有下列情况之一的，不接受报名：曾受过纪律处分的；涉嫌违纪违法正在接受有关机关审查尚未作出结论的；在受处分期间或者处分影响期限未满的；法律、法规规定的其他情形。以上年龄及任职时间均截止至2016年8月30日。

2. Way of application

（一）报名方法及时间

　　本次招聘实行网上报名，请应聘者在2016年8月12日16:00至2016年8月26日16:00期间登陆深圳市考试院网站进行报名，逾期不予受理。

　　（二）报名注意事项

　　1. 每人限报考1个岗位；

　　2. 请如实提供应聘资料，凡弄虚作假者，一经查实，立即取消考试或录用资格；

3. Exams and interviews

本次招聘将按照报名、简历筛选、笔试、面试、深入面谈、考察、体检、录用等流程进行。其中，笔试、面试委托深圳市考试院统一组织。

　　（一）笔试时间、地点

　　笔试将于2016年9月4日（周日）举行，笔试科目为行政职业能力测验、专业能力测试两科。经简历筛选进入笔试的人员名单将于2016年9月1日通过短信通知，并在前海管理局官方网站“人才招聘”板块公布。

　　入围笔试的人员请登录前海管理局官方网站“人才招聘”板块自行打印准考证，笔试当天凭本人有效身份证和准考证（两证缺一不可）参加笔试。笔试的具体时间、地点和注意事项见准考证。

　　（二）面试时间、地点

面试将于2016年9月11日（周日）举行，分为半结构化面试和心理测评两部分。入围面试的人员名单、面试时间和地点将于2016年9月8日通过短信通知，并在前海管理局官方网站“人才招聘”板块公布。

4. Employment and bonuses

凡参加面试、工作地在深圳市外的人员，将一次性给予2000元差旅补贴。

　　招聘录用后，副处长岗位人员与前海管理局签订劳动合同；其它岗位人员与前海管理局局属公司签订劳动合同，工作满1年后，表现优秀的，经考核测评可选调进入前海管理局，与前海管理局签订劳动合同。
