Another Qianhai commercial land lot was sold

A commercial land lot labeled T201-0092 of unit 2 in Guiwan area, Qianhai was sold Aug. 19 to a joint venture that was co-established by New World Development Company Limited and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited at the price of 4.2 billion yuan.

 

 

The lot covers 18,218 square meters and the total floorage is 17,000 square meters. The project will be a complex for the financial industry and other business.

By the end of Aug. 10, the land use right of 22 land lots have been sold and nine of them were acquired by Hong Kong companies.
