On Oct. 30, Shenzhen Qianhai Financial Holdings Ltd. and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd signed Memorandum of Understanding with Luxembourg Stock Exchange, allowing Qianhai to issue financial products in European countries through a “green channel.”
Qianhai and the two parties will also work to develop Shenzhen-Hong Kong Fund Town in Qianhai, sharing information, marketing experiences and client resources, cooperating on UCITS fund and AIF fund.
The fund town aims to accumulate great amount of management companies, to create a cluster for them, to support the developing of Shenzhen.
