Two more Lands transferred for Hong Kong Enterprises

After four lands were transferred to Hong Kong enterprises, two more lands with 40-year-term of using rights has been transferred in Qianhai for Hong Kong companies. 
The two lands, T102-0261 (80,000 square meters) and T102-0262 (46,000 square meters), are both located in Qianhai Bay. The transfer price is between 26,500 and 28,600 yuan every square meters based on the floorage.
