Expats who works in Qianhai or whose company is registered in Qianhai can now got permanent residence by earning related points.
According to related rules, the Qianhai Authority accepts the applications from Qianhai’s enterprises and will send the applications to the provincial government.
The applicant’s enterprises must meet the following requirements:
1. The enterprise must have registered in Guangdong FTZ for no more than five years;
2. The enterprise carries out the businesses that are supported by the Guangdong FTZ and are related to innovation.
The applicant must meet one of the following requirements:
1. The applicant enjoys a title of middle or higher lever of management.
2. The applicant has over 5 percent shares of the company.
