Global private equity investment center to be built in Qianhai

On Dec. 30, the construction of the main building of Hony Capital’s global PE project kicked off in Qianhai. The project will provide office spaces for private equity management agencies and aims to become the third largest private equity service center in the world. 
The project is located in Qianhai with the buildup area of 103,000 square meters. It will be built into one super high office building and two high complexes. 
Hony Capital currently manages a total capital of about 68 billion yuan.
