Shenzhen’s 13th Five-Year Plan on copyright was released, which includes a plan of exploring the founding of a southern copyright operation center in Qianhai-Shekou FTA.
The Plan indicated in the summary of 12th Five-Year Plan that the amount of Shenzhen’s copyright related cases had increased each year. In the coming five years, Shenzhen would encourage the involvement of investment from municipal government to support the development of Shenzhen copyright operative organizations, train copyright operating personnel, establish the “Shenzhen Mod” of operating copyrights; enhance the financial innovation on copyrights, reduce the risk of innovation during starting-up; build the innovative system for Shenzhen copyrights trading, testing the securities based on copyrights, realize the connection of copyrights and the finance market, thus strengthen the risk control and extend the finance resources for innovation subjects.
