Shenzhen is the first to implement commercial registration reform and Qianhai-Shekou FTZ has become the pilot area to carry out “licenses and certificates separation” policy since Aug. 4, 2016.
The China (Guangdong) Free Trade Zone of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Area licenses and certificates separation reform plan was released on Oct. 25 in the same year. This reform aims to optimize the registration, services and supervision procedure, so as to create an efficient business environment.
According to statistics, there are 236 commercial subjects every 1,000 Shenzheners and every 1,000 people has 134 companies.
