Qianhai is one of the three free trade areas of Guangdong, and also is the only national demonstration area of the rule of law. According to the authority, Qianhai is able to test the application of Hong Kong laws, and the international standard of business jurisdiction.
Currently, the number of registered Hong Kong enterprises in Qianhai reaches 4,000,and statistics shows that 75.29 percent of them take fair, impartial legal environmental as their priority concerns. And 81.96 percent of them agree that the application of Hong Kong laws will strongly strengthen the reliance of Hong Kong investors.
Currently, Qianhai has a highly internationalized international court of arbitration.
By now, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration owns 870 arbitrators, who come from 50 countries and areas; 353 arbitrators are foreign arbitrators.
