The court has made its Guide to Judicial Conduct in mid-June and now is implementing the guidance.
The guide is made up of four parts, namely the goal, basic requirement of judge, professional behavior and other behavior. It was made based on overseas similar conduct.
With the aim of maintaining fairness and better supervising judges’ behaviors, the guide asks judges to follow strict rules and improve their services. It says judges should not abuse their rights to deal with personal affairs and offer help. The judges should not offer opinions at other work-irrelevant events. It also encourage judges to be involved in new media work.
