The maritime passenger route between Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal and Macao Taipa Ferry Terminal officially resumed operations yesterday, bolstering cross-border connectivity between the two cities by offering up to seven round trips per day.
From Monday to Thursday, the service will consist of six round trips daily. To accommodate higher passenger demand, the service will be increased to seven round trips on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays.
For travelers departing from Shenzhen, daily sailings are scheduled for 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m., with an additional early morning sailing at 8:30 a.m. available on Fridays, weekends and holidays. Conversely, departures from Macao Taipa are set for 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 6:45 p.m., with a 10 a.m. service added during Fridays, public holidays and weekends.
Travelers from Macao heading to Shenzhen for domestic flights can collect a "Guest Lounge Card" while onboard the ferry. The card provides access to a free shuttle bus from Gate 5 of the terminal directly to T3 and grants entry to the domestic VIP lounge after security clearance.
Tickets for the route can be purchased through the official WeChat account of Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal. The ferry terminal is conveniently located on the south side of the airport and is accessible via several transport options.
Metro commuters can take Line 11 to Airport (T3) Station and transfer to the M590 shuttle at Gate 16 of the Ground Transportation Center at T3, or take Line 1 to Hourui Station and transfer to the M419 bus.
Additionally, bus routes M590, M419, and M197 stop directly at the terminal, while drivers can find parking by navigating to the terminal's designated address.
