On December 12, a blue book and a WeChat mini-program focused on enterprise compliance were launched at the Second Session of the First Members’ Assembly of the Shenzhen Qianhai Federation for Enterprise Integrity Promotion and Compliance Management, held in Qianhai.
The assembly was attended by over 90 delegates, including officials from the Qianhai Authority and representatives of council and unit members of the federation.
Guests launch the Enterprise Integrity and Compliance Self-Assessment System mini-program.
The Blue Book of Compliance Governance for Enterprises, compiled by the federation, reviews the historical evolution of corporate compliance both domestically and internationally. It summarizes the current status of corporate compliance governance in China and provides suggestions for the implementation path of corporate compliance governance based on practical corporate cases.
The WeChat mini-program is named the Enterprise Integrity and Compliance Self-Assessment System. It serves as a public welfare tool that assesses integrity and compliance risks for enterprises via questionnaires, generating a diagnostic report and recommended measures based on the assessment results. This provides practical operational suggestions for enterprises to ensure legal compliance.
During the assembly, Luo Yajing, secretary-general of the federation, delivered a work report to the Members’ Assembly. She noted that in 2024, the number of unit members in the federation doubled, and the federation planned, hosted, and co-organized 55 training activities throughout the year.
“In 2025, the federation will continue to focus on integrity and compliance efforts in Qianhai, consistently improve its level of professional services, deepen cooperation and exchanges between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and assist enterprises in achieving high-quality and sustainable development,” Luo said.
