The 228,500-square-meter K11 ECOAST complex is poised to open in Shekou, Nanshan District by the end of this year.
Located at Taizi Bay, the complex comprises the K11 shopping and arts center, the K11 ATELIER office building, the K11 HACC multipurpose art exhibition space, and the Promenade coastal walkway.
This project connects the architectural marvel with its neighboring community, the seaside ambiance, and the urban landscape, creating an artistic enclave that weaves together art, humanity, and nature — the three core elements of the K11 brand.
Both K11 ECOAST and its K11 HACC multipurpose art exhibition space have garnered accolades during the construction phase, including pre-certification for LEED Platinum, mid-term certification for the WELL Building Standard, along with gold and silver prizes at the ASIAN Design Awards and the Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) Architecture Design Award.
