With the smooth pouring of the last cubic meter of concrete yesterday morning, the Qianhai Longwan International Talent Apartment project was successfully capped and entered a new phase of construction.

This project, being the first high-end talent apartment in Qianhai, spans a total floor area of 150,000 square meters across two 180-meter buildings. Upon completion next year, the apartment will exclusively offer rental options, with around 1,000 apartments available.

According to Zhang Shanzhuang, the project manager, the project incorporates a range of advanced technologies to achieve intelligent construction. Notably, the introduction of steel component welding robots has increased construction efficiency by 50% and reduced labor costs by 60% compared to traditional manual welding methods. Additionally, the implementation of building information modeling (BIM) techniques enables visual communication among construction personnel, considerably enhancing efficiency in communication.

Additionally, the project aims to embody a vibrant Hong Kong-style living atmosphere. The developer of the project, Qianhai Talent Leju Co. Ltd., has collaborated with a serviced apartment operating company from Hong Kong as a consultant. Their objective is to create a comprehensive and multi-dimensional Hong Kong-style living environment, including aspects such as space layout, logos and signs, and operation services.

In the future, the public spaces within the apartment complex will feature cultural facilities such as Hong Kong-style bookstores, arts and cultural institutions, and trendy brands. These additions intend to transform the apartment into a home-like environment for Hong Kong talents.
