Hong Kong residents living on the mainland can now access 300 public and commercial services provided by the Hong Kong government through Qianhai’s Electronic One-stop Service Center.

To utilize these services, residents are required to register at a designated service counter at the center. Once the registration process is completed, they can conveniently avail of the 300 services by either downloading the iAM Smart mobile app or visiting the website at www.iamsmart.gov.hk/sc/reg.html

Developed by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Hong Kong government, iAM Smart offers users authentication, digital signature capabilities, and “e-ME” form-filling functions via the mobile app or website. Additionally, users have the option to customize their settings to receive government service updates through the app’s notification services.

To register for iAM Smart, Hong Kong residents can schedule an appointment through the “iShenzhen” (i深圳) platform and then visit the Qianhai service center to complete the registration process. The center’s service hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
