Qianhai Uniway 前海壹方汇

Qianhai Uniway is a themed shopping center in the heart of Guiwan, Qianhai. The mall offers 80,000 sqm of retail space, is seamlessly connected to Guiwan Station on Metro Line 5, and opened on 11 January 2024.

Positioned as an “urban central-park mall,” it links to Guiwan Park via a cross-over skybridge and combines vertical greening, sculpted microtopography and public art to create an open-street, 24-hour social space blending diverse retail and leisure formats.

The center houses about 130 brands, including more than 50 regional firsts, SRAM’s first national experience center, Globe Forest Café and other specialty names, and features a Black Pearl restaurant alongside a curated food-and-beverage lineup.

K11 ECOAST Art and Cultural District by the Sea, a massive retail and cultural complex located in Prince Bay, Nanshan District, opened to the public April 28, 2025. Gateway One is a representative commercial project owned and operated by China Merchants Shekou Holdings. It is a commercial complex integrating boutique shopping, themed catering, leisure and entertainment.

INLI 印里

INLI is a 45,000-square-meter courtyard-style shopping mall in Qianhai’s Mawan area.

Unlike the traditional enclosed indoor shopping malls, INLI is an open-plan street block that integrates Lingnan-style architectural and cultural elements. INLI consists of three themed courtyards and two sunken plazas. The design of the mall was inspired by the spatial layout of the traditional villages of Lingnan to create a commercial space blending shopping with dining, sightseeing and other entertainment elements.
