For foreign talents who meet the list, Qianhai will provide maximum convenience of entry and exit management services such as visa, stay document, work residence permit, permanent residence, foreign talent permanent residence recommendation letter, foreign talent life services. Qianhai has set up an international talent service station, which includes 243 entry and exit management services for foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents from the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Municipal Human Resources Security Bureau; we provide "all-ecological, integrated and international" one-stop services for international talents.

3.1 List Contents

The list includes a total of 50 shortage occupations, including 29 demand-oriented occupations and 21 strategic occupations. In the list of shortage occupations, there are 8 in the financial industry, including risk underwriters, financial technology specialists and other occupations; 15 in the technology service industry, including intelligent manufacturing specialists, electronic materials specialists and other occupations; 5 in the information service industry, including enterprise digital managers, big data engineers and other occupations; 2 in the modern logistics industry, including supply chain management specialists and other occupations; 20 in the professional service industry, including cross-border business dispute resolution lawyers, international trade and business operations specialists and other occupations.
