Foreign-invested Business Enterprises may act as agents for commissions, wholesaling, retailing and franchising.
1.Agents for commissions: Sales representatives, brokers or auctioneers of commodities or other wholesalers provide charged sales and relevant supplementary services for commodities belonging to the other parties on a contractual basis. 
2.Wholesaling: To provide sales and relevant supplementary services for the commodities of retailers as well as industrial, commercial and institutional users or other wholesalers.
3.Retailing: To provide sales and relevant supplementary services for commodities offered for the consumption of individuals or groups at fixed places; or by means of TV, telephone, mail, the Internet and vending machines.
4.Franchising: To acquire remunerations or franchise fees by entering into contracts to grant other parties the authority to use their own trademarks, trade names and businesses modes.
